Return Window
You may return your eligible item(s) within 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when received.
- All original packaging and tags must be intact.
- The item must be securely packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:.
- Items showing signs of use, wear, washing, or customer-caused damage.
Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged in transit, or significantly not as described:
- You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.
- Please send clear photos or videos to Contact@Qovore.co.uk showing the issue.
- After verification, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to you.
Failure to report within the stated period may result in your return/refund request being rejected.
Return Process

- Reason for the return
- Supporting photos or videos if applicable

Receive Return Instructions
Once your request is approved, we will provide the return address and shipping instructions. -
Shipping the Return
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is faulty, damaged, or significantly not as described.
- Please ensure safe and secure packaging.
Return Shipping & Labels
- If the return is due to our error (faulty, damaged, or incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping costs OR provide a prepaid return label.
- For change-of-mind or non-faulty returns, the customer pays the return shipping.
Refund Timeline & Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Processing typically takes 3–7 business days after we receive the returned goods.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for another size or product:

- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order if it has not yet been dispatched.
- Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled but can be returned following the standard return procedure.
- Refusing delivery will not automatically qualify for a refund.
